If you’re already Lagree Level 1 Certified and want to be part of our instructor team, we’d love to hear from you!

Please email jordan@thethirdlagree.ca with the following:

• Your resume

• Proof of your Lagree Level 1 Certification

• Two video tracks demonstrating a cued sequence with music:

  • One lower body sequence

  • One core sequence

These tracks do not need to be performed on a Megaformer.

You can film on a yoga mat, cueing as if you were instructing a class. We’re looking to see your rhythm, presence, and ability to command the room through voice and music!
