This website is operated by The Lagree Social Club Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site (the “Services”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here (“Terms of Service”).
1. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence (19 years in British Columbia), or that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
2. Health & Safety Acknowledgment
Participation in Lagree fitness classes involves strenuous physical activity. By booking and attending classes, you confirm that:
• You are in good health and have no condition that would prevent safe participation.
• You have consulted a physician before beginning any new exercise program if needed.
• You assume all risks associated with physical activity.
3. Booking & Cancellation
• Classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform (Mariana Tek).
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class start to avoid penalty.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of class credit or additional fees.
4. Membership & Packages
• Memberships, class packs, Instructor Certifications and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Expiry dates for class packs will be stated at the time of purchase.
• Auto-renewing memberships will continue until canceled by the member with written notice.
5. Payment Terms
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• All prices are listed in CAD and subject to applicable taxes.
• You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for recurring memberships.
6. Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH The Lagree Social Club Inc. WEB SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. By attending classes, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury and agree that The Lagree Social Club Inc., its instructors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage that may occur.
7. Use of Communication Services
The Lagree Social Club Inc. a Web Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

• Follow studio policies including footwear, attire, and equipment use.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies.

All content, logos, branding, and materials on this website or in the studio remain the intellectual property of The Lagree Social Club Inc. and may not be used without prior written consent.

The Lagree Social Club Site may contain links to other Web Sites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of The Lagree Social Club and The Lagree Social Club is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site.
